You are transferred into it when you are Born of the Spirit.

You are not born spiritually alive…but spiritually dead.

You cannot realize you are spiritually dead unless I draw you to Jesus through the Holy Spirit.

Once you are adopted into the Kingdom of the Son…you will NEVER be cast out.

  1. If we are not born in the family of God woulnt it be possible after accepting christ sacifice that we could fall back into sin after all the Bible says If you love me keep my commanments. in John 14.

    • No it wouldn’t be because we aren’t saved by our works but by God’s Grace.

      Once again the word for commands is entole or teachings…not nomos or the Law.

      His commands are two…and since we are In Christ and Christ is in us we fulfill them perfectly by God’s Grace.

      1: Love the Lord your God with all your mind, and with all our soul and with all your strength.
      2: Love your neighbor as yourself.

      The Law of the Spirit is not burdensome, by placing yourself under the Law and Grace at the same time you are alienating yourself from Christ. Distancing yourself from the Savior. Galatians is an either or proposition- you’re saved either by Law or By Grace (though you are only saved by Grace)- the point Paul is making is that there is no middle ground. Mixing Law and Grace is like mixing delicious honey with rat poison.

      Of course people like to Have the OT Law- the Ten Commandments as a checklist to show how good they are- yet we break all ten daily. The Law is a Law of Death that points to the only way to Spiritual Life.

      Jesus Christ…and He died under the Law to redeem us from the Law. Because when there is a New High Priest (Christ) then the Law must be changed as well. That’s in Hebrews by the way.
